Gather your friends and family and settle in for a relaxed afternoon at the historic site. This easygoing event invites you to slow down and enjoy the simple pleasures of time spent together while learning about the siteโs past. Take a guided tour to learn about the homesteadโs past, then explore at your own pace with a special activity that will lead you to different corners of the grounds, finding rarely seen photographs of the siteโs past.
Thereโs plenty to see and do throughout the day. Step into the past by recreating Huble family photographs at themed photo stations, try your hand at old-fashioned games, or take part in an ice cream making demonstration. For those curious about how the site has been preserved, a special restoration-focused tour offers a closer look behind the scenes.
