Proposed Bylaw Amendments
This year’s AGM will include voting on several important bylaw amendments designed to create a more inclusive and efficient organization:
- Expanded Membership:Â Including all UNBC students (both undergraduate and graduate) as eligible members
- Alumni Involvement:Â Allowing alumni to become members and serve on the Board
- Streamlined Board Structure:Â Simplifying our governance model with clear leadership roles and flexible assignments
