Caring for the healthcare workforce: What does EDI have to do with it?

Alice Mũrage is a research fellow and PhD candidate at Simon Fraser University’s Faculty of Health Sciences. With a master’s degree in public policy, she has over 10 years of experience conducting action research that promotes social and health equity. Her PhD research interrogates the working conditions of Black workers in British Columbia against the backdrop of the current healthcare workforce crisis.
